Thank you for visiting my blog, Wines of Nesli.
Let me introduce myself before letting you enjoy the blog. I’ve met wine during my student exchange in Italy, in food technologies course of Universita di Bologna. As my interest to wine has continued, after my graduation from bachelor in food engineering, I’ve made a master of science in enology and viticulture, first year in Montpellier SupAgro and second year in Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. Thanks to this European master in science, I’ve learned the latest technologies in vine growing, wine making and wine marketing and I’ve specialized in sparkling wine production, moreover I had the chance to taste wines from all over the world. After my graduation, I’ve worked in the wineries that I’ve always dreamed of; in Bordeaux, in Colchagua Valley and in Napa Valley. These experiences were all priceless to me and they thought me many things. Currently, I locate in Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, which is a promisingly rising wine making region of Canada.
Winesofnesli.com is simply my diary, full of the things that I’ve done or learned, new tastes I’ve created or discovered. In the end, wine world is full of surprises and be a part of it is the best, when you share your experiences with all the wine lovers. That is why I’ve started this journey, so let’s continue and enjoy together!
